How to Purchase
Selecting Items to Purchase
Select and click on a product of categories group, for example: ink cartridge, and choose the the product you would like to purchase then click add to cart, follow by checkout and log in with your registered email address.
Minimum purchase is RM100.00/per transaction.
If you've provided a valid email address when you order, you will receive phone call or e-mail from us to confirm your order.
If the items that you order is out of stocks, we will inform you by phone call or email.
Once we confirm your order, it will be delivered within the next 2-3 day.
Free delivery for purchase of rm100.00 and above per invoice for Klang Valley area.
Deliver hour : 10.00am to 5.00pm (except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.)
Delivery Service Covers KL and Selangor only.

We accept cash payment or cheque or credit card via PayPal. Cash payment can be make upon delivery of goods.
For cheque payment, cheque must be made payable to “Artrange Stationers & Print Sdn Bhd” and mail to 44, Jalan SS21/58, Damansara Utama, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangorwithin 3 days. Your order will be delivered within 3 days after successful cheque clearance.
No Cancellation of Order
All products sold are not returnable.
If you find a product that you purchase from us to be faulty or defective, please report to us within 3 working days from the date of acceptance of delivery. We will arrange for an exchange after verification. Defective product to be exchanged should be in their original packing.
